The successful candidate will play a key role in providing the highest quality of patient care, fostering a high level of morale among the nursing staff, and ensuring efficient operations in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a timely and efficient manner.2. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, providing feedback and guidance to improve performance and ensure adherence to professional standards.3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.5. Monitor and assess patient care practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.6. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new nursing staff, ensuring that all team members are qualified and competent.7. Coordinate with other department supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations.8. Participate in budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring that the nursing department operates within its financial means.9. Stay abreast of the latest developments in nursing and healthcare, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into practice as appropriate.Qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required;2. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.3. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience is required, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.4. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, as well as healthcare regulations and standards.5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high performance.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals at all levels.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.8. Proficiency in using healthcare software and technology.9.
