Headquartered in Fairview, Utah, the company owns and operates a statewide fiber-optic network comprised of both metropolitan access networks and extensive coverage throughout rural Utah.A Customer Service Professional serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.Responsibilities:Respond to public inquiries on the selection and availability of services and on billing questionsAttracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.Opens customer accounts by recording account information.Maintains customer records by updating account information.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution while treating customers with respect.Qualifications:Spanish speaking preferredExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAble to keep calm under highly stressful situationsWork closely with and get along with co-workersWork with frequent interruptions (can multitask)Pay close attention to detailGenerous benefits package, including:Competitive wage with commissions401K savings plan with 6% match by the companyPTO leavePaid holidaysMany more
