Customer Service Representative needed ASAP for local insurance company!Pay Rate = $15 - $17 depending of if Licensed in insurance Duties Include:Quote new business by phone or walk-inProcess new business applications or to rewrite cancelled policiesFollow up on leads and referralsQuote policy changesProcess policy changesPrepare client lists of upcoming policy renewalsCall clients 30-45 days prior to policy renewal to schedule appointments for an annual policy reviewCapitalize on opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and multi-line customersReview premium change reports and contact clients to review coverage and pricingRemarket clients when needed as part of the renewal reviewReview and respond to underwriting requests from carriersOther Duties/Responsibilities:Answer the phone in a courteous mannerAssist as interpreter with Hispanic clientsEnter payments on the computer as neededEnter new clients into the agency management systemFax documentsScan documents and upload to agency management system or carrier websitesSchedule: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible shift time)Call PrideStaff205-440-372980 McFarland Blvd, Suite 3Northport, ALCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $15.00
