Description Position at STO Building Group Overview Market Leaders are responsible for carrying out the strategies and objectives that are set be the Director of FCS. This individual plays a critical role in working in coordination with the FCS Operations manager for the successful delivery of FCS projects & on-boarding MSA accounts. They are also responsible for building a pipeline of opportunities that align with our strategic goals and objectives in advancing the FCS line of business. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional organizational, analytical, client relations, business development and communication skills. This person has a sizeable network of clients and a proven track record of deal generation. The Market Leader of Facilities Construction Services' main points of focus should be: * Grow the FCS line of business by developing the pipeline of opportunities, vetting FCS the project portfolio, & developing a business development strategy in alignment with strategic objectives. * Develop and lead marketing efforts both internally (STOBG staff) and externally (clients, design teams, and subcontractors). * Facilitation of the training strategy associated with FCS and the Day2+ platform. * Carry out FCS business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage to the strategic and measurable goals for the growth of their existing and target accounts. * Analyze data and feedback from clients and operational teams in order to make process improvements - from a service perspective. * Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to maximize opportunities and market share. * Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success. * After action reviews with Operations Manager to Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
