Working with property and maintenance at different Multi-Family properties, they provide superior service to Famous Supply customers in person and via phone, the Famous Way.This position's territory will be covering the Northeast Ohio region calling on 8-12 customers a day. Typically, 4 days per week on the road and 1 office day remote in home. Sales meetings will be quarterly in Akron or Columbus.Primary Job Responsibilities:· Develop professional relationships with Property Managers, Maintenance professionals, Industry Professionals at Multi-Family Properties and networking events.· Drive sales growth with existing accounts, prospect new accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in multiple categories and markets to meet yearly sales goals.· Performing cold and warm calls to apartment complexes in the territory· Maintain and grow existing customer base once relationships developed.· Opportunity to train, learn products, take classes, and do what is necessary to be ready when out in the field. This position will work closely with product specialists in all categories.· Prospect for large project remodels and renovations when out in the field· Work closely with knowledgeable insides sales team and design team· This position works closely with Product Specialists and senior Outside Sales Associates.· This is not a commission-based position. Salary based pay, car allowance, gas card, cell phone, laptop all provided.Required Experience and Skills:· Excellent organizational, time management, written and oral communication skills· Driven, Motivated, Goal Orientated.· Phenomenal written and oral communication skills· Ability to work in team environments.Preferred Experience and Skills:· High school degree or equivalent, college degree in business related field preferred, work experience will also be considered.· Knowledge of any Plumbing, HVAC, Cabinets, Lighting, MRO materials a bonus but not required as you will be put through an intensive training program.What Makes Us Famous!
