Hours: Monday- Friday : 8AM - 4:30 PM ( Rotating Weekends )Duties and Responsibilities:Frequently check the work order systemRepair of roofing, siding, buildings, minor electrical, irrigation repairs, painting.Performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs, as well as light carpentryCleaning and replacement of filters on various HVAC unitsChanging light bulbs and ballastsAssisting with special construction projectsPerform janitorial tasks as needed including trash removal and cleaningPerform snow removal using hand tools and/or snow removal equipmentPerform other duties as assignedRepair lawn irrigation systemQualifications:High school diploma or GEDDemonstrated knowledge of and experience in repair, maintenance and replacement in the areas of carpentry, painting, plumbing, glass replacement, masonry, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical wiring and basic locksmith knowledgeAbility to perform a variety of physical tasks, including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying boxes up to 50 lbs., tools, equipment and building materialsAbility to maintain and utilize a variety of hand and power toolsKnowledge of safety practices and procedures related to building and constructionExcellent written and oral communication skillsEntry level computer skillsWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to work overtime on an as needed basisAccept training to obtain necessary certificatesAble to speak, read and understand EnglishNo walk-ins or phone calls please.
