TOP RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain apartment hardware and interiors in good condition Move and dispose of furniture, as neededAssists with repairs as needed under maintenance guidelinesConduct monthly deep cleaning of stoves and maintenance supplies for staff/clientsMaintain responsibility of routine inventory Maintain monthly inspection of fire systems Accept and breakdown of deliveriesPick up and disbursements of donationsAssist with additional assignments as necessary to program operationsPerforms and provides solutions to preventive maintenance Maintains compliance of funders and NYS fire codes and safety regulationsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS [ ] High School[ ] Vocational Training[ ] Undergraduate Degree[ ] Masters DegreeHS Diploma/GED preferred.TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTSValid/Clean NYS Driver's License (with no points) required. Basic Computer Skills required.QUALIFICATION NEEDEDA minimum of one year of housekeeping/ maintenance experience preferred. Must possess and maintain a good driving record.
