Key Responsibilities:Provide technical service of automated parking systems, provide timely notification of problems ordelays. Technological knowledgeAssist with project set-up, installation, and customer trainingResearch and gain working knowledge via hands on and Amano McGann University on new hardware,devices and tools to provide better system solutions and installation and trouble shooting efficiencyFollow and enforce all OSHA safety practicesComplete PCI checklist when servicing applicable service issuesEnsure that work orders are detailed, completed per work order SOP and "signed-off" by the clientprior to leaving the work siteMaintain and operate company fleet vehicles in a safe mannerEnsure work area is maintained and well organizedGenerate service tickets as needed and follow up with support until the issues is resolvedProvide On-Call after-hours and weekend emergency service as required by our customers (in rotationwith our other technical staff)Assist our sales staff in promoting the sale of new equipment where appropriateProvide effective communication that creates a collaborative environment with all parties that theProject Team interacts with, including: Clients; Subcontractors; Branch staff; Support personnel;Corporate staffWork overtime as neededAll other duties as assignedWork Environment Requirements: Able to work outdoors in all climates and conditions as neededMaintain a valid driver's license and good driving recordLift and/or move in excess of 50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 100 lbs on occasionAt times, this position will require kneeling, bending and working on laddersAble to work with hand and power tools as needed
