It holds longstanding, leading market positions in many of the markets it serves in the U.S. About the role Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide functional solutions to meet user needs for Ariba S2P solutions Specific Responsibilities * Analyzes business partners operations, especially Business/Client Services and Technology to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. * Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. * Individual will also support various internal process improvement initiatives/programs as it relates to Ariba Change Management, Sourcing and Procurement initiatives. * This is a client facing role which will interact will all levels of client leadership, the qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients. * Supporting day to day business needs for Ariba S2P users * Support Ariba S2P enhancements which would require writing requirements, performing Demo's, Project Management, working with IT to develop technical solutions and implementation * Manage programs with various Cross-Functional teams to drive transformation efforts. * Lead and support Corebridge's No PO No Pay policy with Ariba Invoice Management * Assist in resolving issues related to the Ariba Network * Provide guidance and support to Shared Services teams What you need to know * A minimum of 8 years Business analysis Experience * At least 1+ years of Project Management experience; PMP preferred * Must have 5+ years of Ariba experience * Must be able to speak to the technology around the Ariba tool and have an understanding of Sourcing and Procurement process * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results * High level of proficiency using Procurement concepts * Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills. * Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiatives * Excellent experience with MS Office products. * Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. * Must be able to work with Global Cross-Functional teams and operate in a Flexible work schedule. * Successful track record of leading / participating in implementation of Ariba rollouts (Minimum full 1 life cycle) * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field. * Extensive experience with problem resolution including determining root cause and workarounds What our employees like most about working for Corebridge Financial Life & Retirement * We care about your professional development. For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $73,900-$92,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
