Darien Housing Authority Imagineers is a highly regarded, Hartford based property management company overseeing the operations of the Darien Housing Authority. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage the 55 tax credit rental units the authority manages. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Tax Credit experience or experience in Affordable Housing, Section 8 or HUD as well as Yardi experience. Candidate will be required to become Tax Credit Certified within their first year of employment. Must be extremely organized with an attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills, strong computer and office technology skills, as well as outstanding customer service skills and the ability to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with residents, prospects, contractors and on-site staff. This position supervises two support staff. Supervisory experience is a plus!
