When you join us as a IS Field Support Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.   You Will: * Through collaboration with vendors, procurement staff and operational leadership, assess functional needs of the business in relation to hardware and software standards. * Participates in workflow analysis, design, configuration, evaluation, testing, implementation, training, end-user support, and ancillary clinical systems. * Act as liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for various Information Systems and Operational projects and evolutions * Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in other IT teams such as Clinical Applications, IS Admins, and Infrastructure to resolve user issues. * Monitor and complete all support and project related tasks and activities. * Utilize industry best practices to maintain appropriate level of LAN/WAN and computer systems security as established You Are: * Genuinely passionate about new technologies and remain current on new tools; assist with evaluation and in making recommendations as necessary to continuously improve efficiency of software development process. * Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, while working in close partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors * Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: * Previous IT experience required * Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) preferred * CompTIA A+ Certification preferred * Experience in clinical systems implementation preferred
