Job Description: Summary: Plays a role on our VRF/Ductless team to take on admin and support responsibilities. These include managing requests for help/support, fielding questions, uploading information into our systems, managing access to systems, managing customer support portal. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Fielding requests for help, help manager inbox, distribute tasks, reach out to suppliers for assistance Questions about model changes Uploading information into internal systems Requests access to the portal, granting access to users in the portal Education/Experience: HS Diploma minimum Customer Services type roles Excel knowledge-- basics Relative Experience: Sales, customer service Supply chain or operations Top 3 Soft Skill Sets Attention to detail Resourceful, communicative Empathy and understanding What type of person tends to struggle in this role?
