We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our company, GMC Property Management. We are a family owned and managed company that has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service. Leasing Agent Job Responsibilities includeProvide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residentsMust be comfortable working in a fast paced environmentMarketing online and in the surrounding areas to obtain new residentsManage incoming calls and emails for the propertySchedule and perform tours of the community for potential residentsClose sale to convert tour to application for residencyMeet and/or exceed leasing goals set by ManagerManage current resident concerns as well as the renewal process to enhance resident retentionMaintain all prospect, resident and leasing data in a leasing software program Collect and secure rental paymentsProvide accounting support to Property ManagerComply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulationsThis is a Full-time position and Saturdays are required.Salary PackageCompetitive salary based on experienceMonthly Bonus Potential for Leases and Renewals Yearly holiday bonus and possible pay raiseDiscounted rental package available Free certifications and classes availablePaid time off programDental, Health, Vision, and 401K offered after 60 daysPowered by JazzHR
