Key Responsibilities::- Filing, copying, faxing, answer phones, mail distribution- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary- Troubleshoot Copy Machine, Scanner, Phones to ensure Office is running smoothly- Assist with miscellaneous projectsRequirements:- No prior experience required- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong computer skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Customer service & teamwork skills- Strong organizational & planning skills- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Personal initiative- Flexibility   Compensation and Benefits: • Pay rate is $35-40 per hour • Steady Full-time/ Part-time work. • Paid sick, vacation and holidays. • Flexible hours
