Position Title: Office EmployeeDepartment: USST-Company StoresStatus: SeasonalReports to: Office Supervisor or District ManagerFLSA Status: Non-exemptPosition PurposeThe Office Employee increases revenue through promotion of the Liberty Tax Service brand via various marketing programs. Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksAssist OS and/or DM to execute approved Marketing plansMonitor and track marketing and advertising effortsFulfill ongoing training requirementsCollate, assemble, maintain, and file or upload documentsUpdate internal databases Assist with electronic file maintenance using internal document databasesEnsures office is clean, organized, and in complianceOther duties as assignedPosition QualificationsSolid organizational skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft OfficeBuilds rapport and strong working relationships with clients and co-workersSelf-motivated and ability to work both independently and within a teamFlexibility to work nights and weekends, as neededSemi-retired & bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentPosition requires travelling locally from business to business to promote brand awareness.
