Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Production Supervisor in Coldwater! A tier two supplier of automotive seeks a Production Supervisor to maintain and service production equipment, oversee plant operations, and coach staff. Responsibilities: -Oversee departmental operations and improve product quality. -Manage team performance and ensure health and safety compliance. -Develop operational plans and supervise production. -Minimize inefficiencies and waste. -Evaluate employees and suggest improvements. -Operate robotic and mechanical equipment. -Reduce accidents and provide training. This is a full-time position working 10-hour day shifts with overtime.
