We are in search of an outgoing, results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and customer service. Your role will be pivotal in understanding our clients' needs, guiding them through our products, and crafting solutions that make a real difference to their riding experiences.Responsibilities:Expand our Customer Base: Identify and engage new prospects or opportunities, set appointments, and close sales across all sales categories.Client Relationship Management: Identify new opportunities to ensure current customers are satisfied and can grow their business with Classified products.Product and Service Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our offerings, conduct demos, and address customer objections.Customer Support: Utilizing knowledge and skills of our products to guide retailers and end consumers to making the best possible decisions for their experience.Warranty Support: Support the global warranty team in ensuring that all US customers are promptly taken care of.Achieve Sales Goals: Assess client needs, adhere to a defined selling process, and strive to exceed targets.Uphold Company Standards: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share strategies and meet quotas.Qualifications:3-5 years of sales experience within the bicycle industry.Ability to travel 5-10 weeks per year.Extensive Knowledge of bicycle functionality and servicingExceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Excel, Sales Management Software, and CRM systems.Lives in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah areaBenefits:Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 90 days.Generous Paid Time Off for vacation and sick leave.Comprehensive Professional Development ProcessRemote WorkJoin Us:If you're passionate about the customer experience and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
