Teams NYC - We are looking for Call Center Representatives to join a large and growing multi-specialty healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY! Call Center Representatives are responsible for providing effective customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. Position requires excellent telephone communication skills, and a high level of skill in entering data into the system while speaking with patients.  Responsibilities: -Answering phones to respond to inquiries made by patients, vendors, insruance companies, etc -Rescedhuling patiient appointments as required via telephone calls and notification to patients -Routing patient calls to other departments when needed -Taking clear and accurate messaged from patients -Responding to patient questions and needs regarding their appointments, insurance, and payment methods -Maintaing patience and a good positive attitude when speaking with patients   Requirements: -No previous expereince required -Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Haitian Creole)
