manage and titrate drips to include amiodarone, Cardizem, precede, cardene, labetalol, dopamine, dobutamine, insulin, Nitro; Manage equipment like Glucommander, Trach to Vents, Bipaps, High flows, salters, Art lines, bedside cardiac monitors; Dialysis is done at the bedside by dialysis nurseNurse are able to facilitate rapid sequence intubation, manage patients on sedation and ETTs, and low dose pressors if ICU overflow is needed.Ratio / Census: 1:4;
