Our offerings include GenAI enabled content localization with Machine Translation (MT) and Human Translation (HT) across varying quality-tiers with linguistic Quality Assurance (QA) and Language Quality Service (LQS) partnering with Language Service Providers (LSPs).CCTech seeks an experienced, motivated Channel Ops Marketing Manager to lead the full lifecycle development, Go-To-Market (GTM) and enablement for automated localization products and services. You will oversee scrum, sprint planning, system security reviews, and general software engineering processes. Millions of customers interact with AWS content annually, and we strive to deliver them the best experience in their preferred languages.As a Channel Ops Marketing Manager, you will create and refine tools and processes to build and maintain automated localization products and services, driving agile processes. You will decompose requirements into detailed specifications and trackable tasks within agreed timelines. Working closely with product/program managers and engineers, you will continually improve efficiency. You will align expectations with outcomes, measure and report results, and provide clear guidance. Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will validate requirements, align roadmaps, and deliver best-in-class products and services. Organizing and coordinating work across cross-functional teams, you will ensure customer needs are met and system performance maintained.
