We craft next-gen experiences for pro players and weekend hackers alike. Our immersive simulations go beyond traditional play; we offer rich content for entertainment, game improvement, and skills-based wagering. We make sim golf more fun.What you'll do:Design world-class experiences that help users understand their shot data, interact with their hardware, and have fun playing sim golf.Develop design frameworks that ensure consistent experiences across our suite of software and apps.Communicate designs effectively across various stages of ideation via sketches, wireframes, detailed mocks, and prototypes.Design for a variety of form factors (mobile, tablets, sim screens, desktops, etc.).Engage with users and viscerally understand their goals and pain points.Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers.Qualifications:8+ years of software product design experience, preferably for consumer products.Experience designing for gaming, AR/VR, or other immersive environments.Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other 3D/game engines.Experience working with hardware/software integrations.Experience with or passion for sports tech or simulation software.Proficiency with Figma or equivalent, including the use of tokens, variables, and prototypes.Exceptional UI design skills with meticulous attention to detail.Experience leading unified UI/UX strategies across products.Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams to deliver comprehensive cross-platform UI libraries.A thirst to deeply understand our users by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights.Participation in or familiarity with golf.Pay Range: $97,700.00 - $152,900.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!Equal Opportunity Employer: Minorities/Females/Protected Veteran/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
