We're seeking a reliable individual to ensure the smooth running of examinations and uphold the integrity of the assessment process.Under the management and guidance of the Exams Officers, you will read and/or scribe during examinations or controlled assessments for students with access arrangements in accordance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.Responsibilities:Prepare Examination Rooms: Help set the stage for success by meticulously laying out equipment, stationery, and examination papers according to established procedures.Assist Students: Guide students to their seats promptly and courteously, familiarising them with examination protocols.Oversee Examination Behaviour: Maintain a vigilant eye during examinations, ensuring students adhere to examination protocols.Handle Queries and Irregularities: Be a point of contact for students, addressing any questions or concerns during the examination.Maintain Attendance Records: Keep accurate records of student attendance during examinations.Collect and Collate Examination Papers: Collect and organise examination papers according to school procedures.Supervise Student Movement: Provide supervision for students who need to leave the examination room temporarily.If you're a dependable individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of examinations, then we want you on our team!
