The Marketing Manager, Walmart Omnichannel, will be responsible for leading strategy and activation of Wells omnichannel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion with Walmart shoppers, both in-store and online. This person will have an intimate understanding of Walmart's marketing opportunities across WMC, omni-merchandising, and WMT corporate events. This person will champion tailoring national activation to be customized for WMT specific objectives. This role will be part of the Omnichannel Marketing team while maintaining a strong dotted-line relationship with the Wells Walmart Customer team.Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.Responsibilities Include:Omnichannel Walmart Shopper Marketing StrategyIn partnership with cross functional team members, lead development of annual shopper marketing plans, including:Collaborate with WMT customer team and other cross functional partners to develop WMT marketing strategies that deliver on WMT's corporate and category objectives AND Wells business objectives.Develop WMT specific omni-shopper playbooks and best practices to activate based on WMT and Wells' brands business objectives.Lead agency partners to develop tentpole and evergreen marketing plans that support WMT business objectives and priorities.Partner with Media Team to collaborate on WMC media plans and ensure plans connect back to stated WMT key business objectives.Ensure flawless execution of marketing plans, delivered on time and on budget.Omnichannel Performance and InsightsDevelop measurement plans across all WMT marketing activity, including KPIs, relevant benchmarks.Report on program performance and recommend optimizations to improve future programs based on learning.Partner with category management team, maintain reporting to track OPD sales and penetration, ensure Wells brands are meeting OPD benchmarks and identify areas of success and opportunity.Provide category and competitive performance insights.Partnering with Digital Shelf Lead, ensure WMT content scores meet or exceed required benchmarks and partner with Digital Team members to identify digital shelf excellence content requirements.Liaison to Walmart Customer TeamBuild tight working relationships with VP, Walmart and key WMT customer team members.Collaborate on WMT JBP, T2T, and other key merchant touchpoints to build materials as required to ensure meeting success.Demonstrate intimate knowledge of opportunities to activate at WMT corporate events to deepen our supplier partnership.Cross Functional LeadershipDemonstrate ability to engage and lead appropriate cross functional team members across Brand, Shopper, Digital and other teams to create strategies.Drive connection between brand, Channel, and shopper marketing teams to ensure planning alignment.Budget ManagementManage WMT omni-shopper budget; partner with cross functional teams to align to channel investment.Partner with finance team to ensure monthly budgets are delivered in full.Thought LeadershipBe the internal champion and resource for all things Walmart marketing and customer activation.Keep stakeholders informed of key competitive activities, best in class activation, and new opportunities for WMT activation.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA a plus.5-7+ years of experience in shopper marketing, merchandising, or retail marketing, with at least 3+ dedicated to Walmart shopper marketing.Walmart marketing expertise with proven track record of planning and executing omnichannel marketing programs specific to Walmart.Experience within marketing for CPG and/or Food & Bev industry.Familiarity with Walmart Connect; comfortable with sponsored search and paid media fundamentals.Familiarity with Walmart Digital Shelf strategies and content score assessment.Proven agency leadership (either within agency or on client side).Ability to translate brand objectives into clear marketing plans.Ability to translate complex data into data driven insights and storytelling.Strong cross functional leadership capabilities.Strategic thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies that move consumers to actions.Strong business communication skills and ability to provide clear, concise communication to leadership team members.Wells Enterprises is an EEO/AA employer M/F/Vet/Dis#J-18808-Ljbffr
