Partnered with the FAA, we work with state and local governments and commercial operators to enable the safe integration of drones into the national airspace and communities at scale through digital infrastructure, strategic partnerships and thought leadership.Job Summary: You will develop and execute marketing strategies that allow Airspace Link to reach its full potential in the marketplace, further advancing AirHub products resulting in heightened brand awareness, desired brand positioning, increased leads, market expansion, and product adoption.Responsibilities and Duties:Own the strategic thinking, development, ideation, and execution of best-in-class integrated marketing strategies through various channels, including website, social media, events, collateral, PR, and more.Drive lead generation, conversion, and engagement with prospective customers.Develop and execute a strategic earned media plan to drive ongoing growth and engagement with our primary target audiences, and expand our position in the marketplace.Develop and optimize meaningful brand awareness campaigns with the target of driving organic revenue growth.Manage all corporate communications, including press releases, blogs, promotions of awards, etc.Utilize data to inform positioning, campaign planning, and marketing optimization.Serve as Airspace Link's eyes and ears to keep the company informed about market and industry trends and the competitive landscape that feeds the strategies for marketing, communications, advertising and branding plans.Manage relationships with third party vendors that support marketing and communications functions.Responsible for marketing and communication of organization's information security as defined by the system, including deploying and maintaining relevant information security controls.In charge of risk ownership for respective department.Other duties as necessary.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent years of work experience.7+ years of progressive marketing experience in On-Demand, SaaS, DaaS, or subscription-based products to a diverse customer base.Experience crafting and executing marketing campaigns (brand awareness, social media, SEO/M, sales enablement, website, etc.).Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with competing deadlines.Good grasp of complex software technology and comfort with highly technical language.Refined listening, presentation, and communication skills.A positive self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with a team to define the landscape in a greenfield industry.Experience with marketing software, such as website CMS, MailChimp, NewsWire and CRM's, such as PipeDrive or Salesforce.Experience with or similar project management tool.Advanced MS Office Suite Experience.Part 107 or another pilot's license a huge plus!Travel Required: Up to 25%Position Type: Full-Time, 40-50 hours per weekLocation: Hybrid, based out of DetroitDEI Statement: Airspace Link is committed to building a diverse team, embracing an inclusive culture, and investing in equity across our organization.
