Fundraise Up's AI-powered platform is leveraged by trusted organizations like UNICEF USA, American Heart Association, Partners In Health, and Stand Up to Cancer, to double their recurring donor acquisition rates and increase overall digital donation revenue by 2 times.About The RoleWe are looking for a resourceful marketing manager to join our high-performance marketing team to drive the strategy and execution for our Enterprise and ABM GTM opportunities. In this role we are looking for a strategic and proactive marketer with experience in account based programming and a proven track record of building demand in high value markets. You'll own the creation and successful implementation of demand generation programs within our enterprise segment, controlling the full funnel journey from acquisition to upsell - building and growing the biggest opportunities for revenue growth.If you love creating innovative campaigns to drive demand and working strategically with sales on all things ABM - we'd love to chat!Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and operationalize an ABM strategy with Sales, CX and Marketing teamsMonitor and analyze target account engagement and funnel performance, reporting on key insights and opportunitiesConceptualize and implement personalized campaigns that align with business objectivesDevelop and execute nurture programs according to buyer personas and account journey stagesCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to run testing, build reporting, and surface insights that will improve engagement and conversionsEvaluate, build, and manage in-person event plans that facilitate networking opportunities and showcase our value in unique and creative waysCommunicate program updates, insights, and requests to Sales & Marketing leadershipMaintain positive and productive relationships with key members of the sales teamSkills And QualificationsA minimum of 4 years experience in demand gen marketingExperience building ABM programs for enterprise clientsExperience working closely with sales, CX, and ops teamsHands-on experience project managing initiatives from start to finishStrong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficientlyUnderstand marketing, sales, and business processesHighly motivated, driven and self-starting individualComfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environmentBonus PointsExperience working with non-profit organizationsExperience working in SaaS / tech based companiesSalesforce and Hubspot experienceExperience working with external agencies and vendorsA Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferredFRU BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family401(k) plan with company matchFSA Spending Account100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.4 weeks paid parental leave15 days Paid Time Off (PTO)7 company holidays + 3 floating holidays for personal use5 sick daysRemote and hybrid working arrangementsEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.#J-18808-LjbffrRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
