LHH has partnered with a reputable firm in NYC in their search for a temporary Litigation Legal Secretary. The duration of the project is expected to last 4-6 weeks. The position is hybrid with 3 days required in office. Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Responsibilities: Preparing and e-filing documents including but not limited to complaints, discovery, and motion practice in Federal and/or State CourtsHandling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyHeavy calendaring and scheduling for meetings, calls, deadlines, and proactively ensuring deadlines are metManage attorney's schedule and calendar all meetings/deadlinesDocument management, organization, retrieval, and productionMaintain case pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and research for large volume casesPrepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable court rulesDraft Table of Contents and Table of Authorities Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary.Highly organized with ability to support multiple attorneysStrong written and verbal skillsPay Rate: $35-$45/hour Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jessica Haines Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
