Position: Tournament DirectorScroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Reports To: Adam Roser, Director of FacilitiesPurpose: The Tournament Director position will be helping to strengthen a key area of our organization. World Baseball Academy is providing an outstanding array of services for young people in our community. However, the tournament director role often engages a larger volume of patrons to our ASH Centre campus. This position will help in two critical areas of serving a wide cross section of youth while also maximizing the campus to further enhance our vision for impact.Experience: 2+ years of Event Planning experience is preferred | Entry Level Position may possibly be consideredBase Salary: $54,000.00 | Full-Time PositionCommission Pay: Eligibility for additional compensation based on annual financial management of Tournament operations.Benefits: 3% Matching IRA Option | $1,500 Annual Health Stipend / Reimbursement OptionPayment Structure: Bi-Weekly Pay PeriodsSchedule (Hours): The Tournament Director is expected to work 2,000 Hours as a Full-Time Employee. See previous packet page for tentative schedule.Paid Time Off: Two Weeks Paid Time off per year. In addition, Major Holidays Off (excluding Holidays during Tournament season scheduled by Tournament Director) along with a two-week down period during Christmas and New Years that gives personnel flexibility for family time with limited work responsibilities.
