In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue and membership growth. This will include managing internal and external marketing channels, tracking, and reporting campaign effectiveness, and supervising the Marketing Specialist. What You'll BringFour-year college degree in marketing, communications, or public relations.4-6 years' experience in marketing, ad agency, communications, or related field.Deep understanding of marketing concepts to identify benefits, target ideal audiences, and create marketing communications.Extremely creative, with an ability to deliver and implement new ideas.Intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Passion for serving others and making an impact in the community.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A love for a collaborative environment and a highly developed sense of integrity.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
