Field Service Engineer (Electrical Systems)Direct Hire, Full Time Plano, Texas (Onsite & Up to 50% travel) Target Salary $75,000 - $80,000 year DOE Job Summary:In this role, you will support client electrical charging systems (these can go up to 480V). Will also travel to client sites and install setup these systems. Additionally, will oversee a vendor resources who will also be providing field service engineers for other locations. May be working alongside them, as well as overseeing where these additional resources are deployed and ensuring work is finished.Will help develop and implement SOP's. Work closely with customer success team to help develop SLA's and customer contract obligations are met. Hlep ensure company compliance and reporting within industry standards and local electrical regulations where remote equipment is installed. Up to 50% travel required initially to client sites for installations or supervising work is completed by other resources. That will taper off over time. Eventually, this could lead to a manager role overseeing internal field service engineers.Required Skills: 3+ years experience as a Field Service Manager within the electrical product industry 4+ years of field service product installationcommissioning, maintenance, and repair experience at client remote sites Experience working with CRM's or ERP systems which would require interaction with component and servicewarranty modules (list any you have on your resume) Experience working with SOP's (standard operational procedures) Experience working with SLA's (service level agreements) for service delivery with customers. Vocational Trade-School or similar with any certifications with Electrical highly desired.Bonus Soft skills: Any Electrical Vehicle (EV) industry experience Familiar with 480V 3-phase systems Bachelors Degree or Vocational School for electrical industry work.
