What the day will look like Responsible for partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs. Responsible for translating business needs into formal and clearly documented business requirements to be used for system design Responsible for identifying requirement and scope related issues and risks Liaison between business/user group representatives and system development personnel during development efforts. Assist in developing and conducting testing plans and criteria Assist with system support of developed applications through the unique combination of business and system analysis, quality assurance and post implementation product support Update, test and fix documents & associated logic in response to customer requests and regulations. Skills and experience that will lead to success 2+years of Business knowledge of Insurance Underwriting, Policy Administration or Claims preferred. 2+years of Microsoft Office products knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency using the SmartCOMM Next-Gen CCM tool and associated capabilities preferred. Ability to use SmartCOMM' s Advanced Template Designer & Template Editor preferred. Working knowledge of SmartCOMM Data Modeler design and testing methods preferred. Proven analytical skills and ability to identify & implement efficiencies Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet project deadlines Understanding of project management tools and techniques Working knowledge of systems development life cycle and systems development methodologies Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), comparable discipline preferred, or equivalent years of industry experience. Pay Transparency Law: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $82100 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
