They are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their growing team. The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for addressing and resolving member problems and complaints, explaining and recommending/upselling products and services, processing financial transactions and delivering service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the organization. Contact Center Representative Responsibilities: Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union's service promises Meets all established sales and service goals Possess adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge certification assessment Explain and recommend credit union products and services Provide general account information Provide information on new and on-going promotions Address and resolve member problems and complaints Contact Center Representative Responsibilities: 2+ consecutive years of experience working for a Bank/Credit Union 2+ consecutive years Customer Service experience Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational Must be comfortable upselling financial products and services Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please apply today!
