Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Electrochemical Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support the global auto industry electric vehicle trend. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing product quality, optimizing production processes, and introducing new products and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in various engineering techniques, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and support mass-production clients. Responsibilities: Analyze and enhance product yield and utilization rates. Implement effective monitoring systems for mass production processes. Develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with new product introductions. Address batch quality issues and implement improvement plans. Provide on-site support for mass-production customers. Ensure compliance with quality standards and address any issues arising during audits. Maintain organized documentation for reference and audit purposes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in electrochemical engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or automotive manufacturing. Proficient in Six Sigma, Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other engineering techniques. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools like Minitab and JMP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance. Physical Requirements: Ability to move around work sites, including walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs. Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch as needed. Capability to lift and carry moderate weights up to 25-50 pounds. Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites.
