Insight Global is looking for a Human Resources Manager to support a large manufacturing client in Lanett, Alabama. This person will be responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for all plant associates, overseeing new associate orientations, implementing and monitoring career path programs, etc. They will also have at least two direct reports (most likely HR Generalists or supervisors) and will need to provide training and development opportunities for all levels of associates. With safety being the number one priority, we are looking for someone who embodies a commitment to a safe workplace and acts as a role model on safety leadership, activities, and communication. They will be responsible for assisting plant management in implementing safety programs and education associates about safety. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Social Sciences. Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience running Payroll. Experience leading recruitment efforts for a plant.
