Our Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our real estate marketing via multiple mediums. This includes content ideation, creation and delivery as well as post follow up engagement and tracking for business objectives. Their primary role is to ensure that a consistent, professional and engaging brand is conveyed through the various channels required for a real estate team. Acting as a liaison for Kelly Kirchheimer, they coordinate the various elements required to successfully manage a real estate brand in digital, social and print. The ideal candidate should be excited about marketing and messaging, able to create and edit content, able to ask for what they need (or able to figure it out) from who they need it to see ideas through and willing to evolve with the ever changing landscape of today's marketing channels for realtors. Responsibilities: Job summary and purpose - • Perform marketing activities that drive lead generation through referrals and nurturing client relationships and industry relationships • This includes content creation and execution on a variety of mediums and event planning and execution • Create content that keep us front and center with our SOI while growing our database and ultimately generating more leads and referrals • Create raving fans of all parties who come into contact with the team Main Duties and Responsibilities - • Create annual marketing plan and delivery schedule for properties and platforms • Work with agent to create content for online and print medium presence • Manage Google Business page, Instagram, Facebook, post to Linked In • Track campaigns/ efforts and tie to business sources • Integrate sources to CRM • Plan client and vendor appreciation events and execute them • Plan involvement and participate in public events (like a Halloween walk) • Regularly request client testimonials for websites, social media and other marketing materials • Coordinate and manage professional listing video creation • Film and edit other videos • Create and manage e-mail marketing campaigns • Design postcards, newspaper ads per templates • Manage and update agent website(s), blog(s) • Ensure listing and buyer materials are aligned with brand standards Additional duties / responsibilities - • Must be a self starter • An eager learner who likes to identify new best practices and implement continual improvements to the business practices • Willing to share ideas and improvements and execute on them • Perform assigned duties in a professional, pleasant, and efficient manner • Flexible • Must work well with critical time restraints • Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in handling daily activities • Demonstrate continued growth and proficiency in completing the tasks required • Maintain the confidentiality of the company and activities of the sales associate • Getting along with company managers, employees, sales associates, and clients • Handling difficult situations in a tactful manner • Consistently showing the ability to recognize and deal with priorities • Having regular attendance • Maintain well-groomed professional appearance and mannerisms appropriate to greet clients and the public • Attendance at meetings and scheduled Coaching calls for Admin staff • Help Team Lead prioritize most important tasks/ideas • Recommend enhancements to Checklists as appropriate • Plan, organize and run client events • Add new contacts achieved through event outreach to CRM • Capture people in daily life to add to SOI (book clubs, etc) Compensation and hours will depend on experience This is a part time role that could grow to full time Estimated 20 hours per week hybrid schedule Qualifications: Ideal Skills and Experience -
