Job Description

Qualifications: 3+ years minimum of recent administrative experience Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Bachelor's Degree (preferred but minimum GED or HS Diploma) Job Description Assist the Program Manager. Organize and host meetings at the office. Call and reserve conference rooms for internal and external events. Manage the calendar occasionally. Conduct monthly reviews and report status on programs. Set up PowerPoints and create them as needed. Make purchases for the office and departments. Place orders for parts. Support the front desk receptionist when needed. Support other managers at different sites with various tasks if needed. Maintain a clean office environment. Work Environment Will be onsite 5 days a week. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm OR 8am to 5pm, with a 7am start time preferred to support the East Coast. Everyone is off every other Friday. Will work 9 hours a day, including lunchtime, for one week at 45 hours. The second week is Monday through Thursday with Friday off, and the 4-5 hours from the previous week will be rolled into this paycheck.
