Job Description: Utilize body, frame, and mechanical skills to repair sheet metal on vehicles involved in accidents and return those vehicles back to factory or customer specifications. We have many of the newest technological tools available for use. Responsibilities: - Assess and analyze blueprint damage, request additional time for supplementary repairs if needed. - Repair or replace body panels, using a range of power and hand tools. - Remove and replace damaged components, performing cosmetic repairs and addressing dents of all sizes. - Conduct frame pulling and structural repair work, as well as handle certain mechanical tasks. Qualifications: - Possess three or more years of relevant experience in body, frame, and mechanical areas. - Demonstrate willingness to contribute to our team-oriented environment and the success of our business. - Must have personal tools, and Cascade will cover transportation costs to relocate them if necessary. - Prior ICAR credit is preferred. Schedule: - Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, OR four days with 10-hour shifts and a one-hour lunch break each day, regardless of the shift. Working hours may vary based on workload.
