Executive Option is Looking for a ERP Project Manager to work out of our office in Henderson Nevada. This is an on site role. ERP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects. This role involves: Project Planning and Design: Developing detailed project plans, defining project tasks and resource requirements. This includes assembling and coordinating project staff and managing project budgets. Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring it meets client needs and business requirements. This involves liaising with various stakeholders, including software developers, company leadership, and end users, to ensure alignment. Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitoring the progress of the project, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets. This includes providing status reports to upper management and key stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team and with external vendors or partners. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the project is delivered to a high standard, meeting all regulatory and compliance standards. This includes conducting regular quality checks and coordinating user testing. User Training and Support: Facilitating training sessions for end-users and providing ongoing support during and after the implementation phase. Vendor Management: Working closely with software vendors to ensure the ERP solution is customized to the organization's needs and is delivered on time. Local Expertise: Leveraging knowledge of the Las Vegas business environment, regulations, and culture, to effectively manage the project in a way that is sensitive to local nuances. Change Management: Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new ERP system within the organization. Post-Implementation Review: Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess the successes and challenges of the project and to gather learnings for future projects. This role requires strong project management skills, deep knowledge of ERP systems, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
