Provide accurate and timely phone support. Setup, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites. Travel as needed to perform services at customer locations. Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner. Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database. Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc. must be entered into the CRM database in a format that is clear and concise. Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer sites. Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when the use of their equipment is needed.
