Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages for clients. Provide expert advice on benefits options, compliance, and market trends. Analyze plans, negotiate renewals, and make strategic recommendations. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless benefits program execution. Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or as a Benefits Consultant. Strong understanding of health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering customized solutions. Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote work environment. Compensation and Benefits: Salary up to $140,000, depending on experience. Bonus and Commissions available.
