Position Information Working Title ASEM Administrative Specialist Department Academic Services & Enrollment Mgmt-7776 Requisition Number S_ Posting Open Date 10/25/2024 Application Review Date: (To ensure consideration, please submit all application materials before review date) 11/11/2024 Posting Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Description of Work Responsible for managing the (Interim) Associate Vice Chancellor ( AVC ) calendar-and as determined and delegated by AVC , manage select ASEM directors' calendars-coordinating all university-related travel, making schedule adjustments, and managing associated follow-up arrangements as needed. This position will provide highly skilled professional support for the AVC with communications and project management, in collaboration with ASEM directors. This position will be operating in a faced paced environment. Duties includes proofing special reports, projects, correspondence review, and managing projects. Additionally, position will assist with confidential credentials, correspondence, coordinate high-level external and internal stakeholder activities. This position will administratively make decisions for filtering phone calls, emails, and prioritizing special requests.
