Job Description: The Entry Product Management Specialist participates in research, development, testing and implementation of new digital products. Collaborates with stakeholders, as assigned, to identify and define market requirements. Incorporates feature requests and customer feedback into the product roadmap. Works with the development teams to ensure the product development teams are on schedule to meet product commercialization deadlines. Performs product acceptance testing and conducts product testing scenarios and scripts to check that the product matches requirements and is defect free. Works toward goals achievement under moderate supervision. •/tParticipates in and contributes to basic to moderately complex product development meetings and discussions, from conception to launch. Partners with and assists more senior product managers and strategic customers to gather requirements, prioritize needs and identify business workflows. Assists with the development of deliverables for stakeholders and helps to facilitate stakeholder feedback sessions, workshops and/or interviews. Collects and turns feedback into executable requirements, user stories, and use cases to support development and implementation. Communicates information about products to customers and users through presentations and blogs. •/tPerforms acceptance testing for basic to moderately complex products. Documents findings and details to trouble-shoot defects/bugs/errors. Collaborates with the development team to replicate findings, perform root-cause analysis, and define a resolution. •/tWith guidance, works daily with the Agile working group, clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks, communicating, and supporting alignment around product strategy. Develops test cases and user stories based on developed requirements. Works closely with the user experience team to enhance and create best in class designs. Ensures the development team is aligned with the functional and nonfunctional tests that user stories will have to pass. •/tCollaborates with marketing and sales to help develop and maintain go-to-market plans and sales collateral for digital products of basic to moderate complexity and size. Participates in product demonstrations for customers. •/tPerforms other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: •/tBachelor's Degree. •/t0 years experience. •/tEquivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
