We are looking for a Warranty Technician to start working with a client of ours in the Jonesboro, GA area as soon as possible. This candidate should have a background in commercial kitchen equipment. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Required by Client 1 í¢â‚¬" 3 years of experience with commercial kitchen equipment Follow up on warranty issues. Answer customer calls, for warranty parts, complaints and resolve all problems. Work with vendors. Log all warranty issues, claims. Prepare reports, statistics on warranty issues. Travel to client site on occasion for warranty issues.
