Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead new product introductions and provide ongoing support through the manufacturing life cycle. This position requires expertise in process technology and a focus on improving productivity and profitability of existing production procedures. Responsibilities: Evaluate manufacturing processes for optimal labor and material costs Provide timely support for manufacturing areas to diagnose and implement solutions Lead significant product, process, or corporate change initiatives Research and integrate new processes, equipment, and technologies Preferred Skills: Strong analysis skills in process, capacity, cost/benefit, and quality tools Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, facilitation, negotiation, and material handling Experience in equipment design, specification, purchase, and installation Project management and leadership ability Requirements: 4-year technical degree or equivalent education
