Responsible for the deployment of Hanger's strategies, tactics and exceeding revenue sales goal in a specified region. Indiana, Michigan, Ohio & Kentucky Road Warrior - 80% travel Your Impact Execute sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs and selling appropriate products through consultative selling strategies and exceeding customer expectations. On-going service and maintenance of new and existing accounts for DME inventory. Conduct on-site presentations and training to existing and prospective clients to educate, inform, and gather feedback. Establish and maintain clinical and customer service to the therapy and facility staff, medical professionals, client management teams and any other professionals of our clients and our client facilities. Serves as a direct representative to client facilities, the medical community and to the community at large. Keeps account manager informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business. This role may sell additional services or products, but the overall focus is service for the account. Increase sales in assigned excising accounts and new accounts in a defined region. Increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets; responsible for account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Assists with the planning of sales exhibits and attends trade shows. Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in related field Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures. Additional Success Factors Documented success in leveraging added value concepts to keep top customers informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers; surveys industry landscape for competitive activity and develops new strategies to combat threat. Documented success in the development of long-term relationships with top customers that led to an increase of sales revenues or market share by exceeding customer expectations. Documented success in leveraging physician relationships to build competitive barriers with-in these practices. Documented success in preparing sales presentations, sales literature, journal articles and samples to increase sales.
