Job DescriptionJob Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Night Shift 7:00pm - 7:00am)Location: Las Vegas, NMJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our client to join their Med Surg team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.- Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.- Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and :- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
