Job Summary & Responsibilities • Set strategic direction for the internal audit function • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Audit Committee and Audit Committee Chair, executive leadership, and others across functions, geographies and levels of the organization • Develop annual audit plan with quarterly updates to the Audit Committee reflecting emerging risks and changing business conditions • Lead execution of audit projects focused on financial, IT and compliance risks as well as operational risks in manufacturing, supply chain, sales and other areas. • Drive annual enterprise risk assessment and track progress of risk mitigation priorities • Deliver strong and efficient internal control testing while closely collaborating with external auditors, SOX team, control owners and other stakeholders • Provide advisory support to further strengthen the internal control environment • Lead, mentor and develop internal audit team members, and contribute to strengthening the Finance and IT talent pipeline. • Validate achievement of corporate ESG objectives. • Engage outside consultants when needed to augment internal team expertise and capacity • Build and mature the internal audit function using innovative assurance methods to impact and influence positive business outcomes • Be a change catalyst with the ability to drive process improvements through strategic influence Qualifications • 10+ years audit, finance and other relevant experience with either big-4 accounting firms or public technology companies; Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred • BS in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering or related; Relevant Masters preferred • CPA, CISA and/or other relevant certifications • Strong written and oral communicator • Ability to extract and analyze large amounts of data and derive meaningful information • Demonstrated track record delivering value through internal audit advisory engagements • Skilled at building relationships at all levels of the organization • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a high performing team and fast-paced company • Attitude: persistent and relentless, inquisitive, pragmatic business partner, action-oriented • Ability to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally Onto Innovation Inc. offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including health/dental/vision/life/disability, PTO, 401K plan with employer match, and an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) along with health & wellness initiatives.
