ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists managers for filling staffing needs at each of the residential sites. Screens staff for one on one and shared staffing needs per client's plans and schedules interviews with Residential Managers. Complete all new hire paperwork. Ensure familiarity with the needs of each staff at each facility and communicates the needs to prospective employees. Reconciles facility petty cash accounts monthly, completes requests to replenish accounts and submits material to accounting. Advises facilities of drills needed, collects and organizes the drill forms and submits to proper entities Tracks purchase orders and approves supply orders in the Workflow system. Makes all supply orders for the Residential office. Maintains an orderly supply closet. Coordinates all monthly consultation billing and unit assignments to consultants Maintains tracking record of training hours completed and needed for staff and keeps supervisors informed of training needed by staff at initial hire and annually. Serves as the Intense Transition Manager for Money Follows the Person consumers. Completes all necessary paperwork, shopping, and monitoring. Submits billing for ITM. Assists residential sites to remain in compliance with DDS, HUD, CARF, DHS, Social Security Monitors and tracks, and documents residential CARF weekly, monthly, and annual goals. Sets up initial consumer bank accounts and completes all initial residential paperwork including the HUD application and rep payee forms, etc. Must be able to drive to various residential facilities as needed. Assists at residential sites as needed. Performs all other duties as requested or assigned. Position Requirements Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business, finance, human resources, etc. High School education and training/experience in office work equivalent to 5 years combined training and experience. Must possess current driver's license, current auto liability insurance and registration and be physically able to drive to various locations within Arkansas.
