Mechanical Superintendent MEP Virginia Maryland Deleware We are currently looking for an experienced Superintendent to perform Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical projects in the DMV area. You will need to travel the DMV area for this positiion. This position is with a very reputable company that understands how to take care of their employees. They offer a very good healthcare plan and they contribute 75% toward the cost. We are looking for: positive attitude responsible and accountable person Experience with hospital and healthcare projects Experience in Design Build is a plus Relationship management You will be asked to: Participate in the design review Oversee the construction lifecyle Oversee quality and safety Review subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy Prepare all close outs documentation.
