We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our newly created product marketing function and build out our capabilities and team. This role will be responsible for creating the vision and strategy for the team, driving the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging for our retail trading market, competitive landscape, and the needs of our customers. They will be able to translate these insights into compelling marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is well-versed in interpreting a company's mission and priorities into a strategic and tactical Product Marketing plan, successfully creating and conveying a distinct plan and goals to both your teams, cross-functional partners and executive leaders. What you'll do: Hire, train, develop and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates Establish a methodology for creating compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Growth, and Communications to ensure alignment and drive successful product launches Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and market dynamics Drive customer engagement and adoption through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights Work cross-departmentally to ensure the best outcome for the business Combine both internal user data and consumer insights to help map the product experience. You live and breathe the user experience, immerse yourself in user trends, research and live interactions.
