A candidate who has experience with invoicing is preferred but not required. Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and managing accounts receivable activities. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Vendor and Client Communication: Resolve financial inquiries and issues with vendors and clients promptly and professionally. Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, providing clear and professional communication. Collaboration: Work with other departments to streamline both financial and order management processes, improving overall efficiency. All other duties as assigned. Approximately 100% of the time will be spent in an office setting. Qualifications: 1 year experience working in office is preferred Strong technological proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook. Ability to follow and adapt to new systems or changes in procedures. Valid driver's license Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner Capability to work effectively in team settings, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
